Temperatures everywhere are forecast to drop sharply over the weekend, according to Meteo.it, and could fall by as much as 15 degrees Celsius in the north Italy, where parts of the mountains receive heavy snowfall.
Northern Italy wakes up in a winter scene in early September. The temperatures dropped to just -1°C in Sondrio, +4°C in Trento and Bergamo, +7°C in Milan, Piacenza, Biella and Rovereto, +6°C in Brescia.Torrential rains hit Lombardy, causing the Seveso flood in Milan. In the next few hours the bad weather will extend to the North / East with heavy rains throughout the afternoon on Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Temperatures will decrease further, bringing snow to heights just over 1,200 meters in the Alps where it snows over 1,500 meters this morning.Sudden, heavy rainfall and hail were also expected in the north, in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Emilia Romagna.
