This soup is fantastic winter soup that will cure everything from the Keto-Flu to a hangover and anything that ails you.There are so many versions of egg drop soup but this one is my favorite because it has the salty nutty cheese and the earthy spinach and scallions.

Super easy to make and can be prepared in a matter of minutes. It really is a magic elixir with healthy ingredients like garlic, shallot, turmeric and plenty of salt to replenish those electrolytes.Depending on the broth you chose you may want to add some additional pink salt and I also recommend an extra pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
