The high school sweethearts, who tied the knot in December in Miami, decided to forgo the traditional wedding cake and served their guests a tiered pizza “cake” instead.
Jessica told The Huffington Post that their guests absolutely loved the pizza cake, though the couple made sure to include some sweet options as well.“We offered the pizza along with other snacks and everyone was excited to have some late-night eats,” she said. “We didn’t forget the dessert lovers though. We also had homemade Funfetti cake bars and a gelato truck.”Some of the couple’s other wedding details were baseball-inspired because the groom plays for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
